LVP Conveyor Systems Ltd provided an effective solution for a customer using the Closed Loop AZ Stepper Motor, which features an 18-bit Absolute encoder. This advanced motor system is designed for precision position control, breaking the traditional limitations associated with stepper motors, making it ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and repeatability.

- High Precision Control: The AZ stepper motor offers an impressive accuracy of less than 3 arc minutes, ensuring precise position control for a variety of applications.
- Easy Commissioning: Unlike traditional stepper motors, the AZ motor simplifies setup and commissioning, significantly reducing the time required for installation and integration.
- Integrated Position Control: The motor includes a built-in controller type driver, allowing for streamlined integration into existing systems without the need for external control units.
- Robust Performance: Capable of handling payloads up to 5 kg with high-speed movements (250 mm in 0.4 seconds), making it suitable for applications like light optic testing devices.
