Conveyors move product through almost every automated production and distribution line in Ireland, and LVP Automation supplies, designs, installs and services the complete range from our base in Finglas, Dublin. This category brings together every conveyor family we build with, from light and medium duty belt conveyors through to powered and gravity roller systems, heavy duty chain and pallet handling, plastic modular belt, aluminium and stainless steel slat conveyors, vertical and spiral solutions, expandable flexible units and vehicle loading conveyors.

The right choice depends on what you are moving, how fast, and in what environment. Small components, cartons, pouches and trays are usually best handled on belt or plastic modular belt conveyors, which cope well with curves, inclines and regular washdown. Cartons, totes and boxes travel efficiently on roller conveyors, either driven for controlled accumulation or unpowered where gravity can do the work. Loaded pallets need the strength of pallet conveyors built from heavy duty chain and roller sections. Where floor space is tight, vertical and spiral conveyors gain height without consuming a long run of factory floor.

Beyond the hardware, the value is in the layout. Our engineers survey the site, map the product flow and design in the accumulation, indexing, merging, diverting and buffering that keeps a line running at its rated output rather than stalling at the first bottleneck. Systems are supplied as standalone sections, as complete lines, or integrated with palletising, labelling and end of line packaging equipment.
