Spare Parts and Accessories for Conveyor and Automation Systems
A conveyor stopped for want of a single roller costs the same per hour as one stopped by a major failure. LVP Automation supplies spare parts and accessories for conveyor and automation equipment: parts for the systems and brands we supply, and sourcing for the ones we do not.
Tell us what the machine is and what has failed, and we will work out the part. Much of what wears out on a conveyor is a standard component behind a manufacturer’s label, and knowing which one is often the difference between a part on its way today and a week spent chasing a number that no longer exists. We are based in Finglas, Dublin 11 and supply customers across Ireland.
What Our Spare Parts Service Covers
- Parts for the Systems We Supply: We hold spares for the conveyor and automation equipment we install, so the common wear items are not a procurement exercise every time.
- Sourcing for Everything Else: If the equipment came from another supplier, or the part has been discontinued, we will identify it and source it or an equivalent.
- Identified from What You Have: A photograph, a nameplate or the broken part itself is usually enough to work from. You do not need the original part number.
- Advice on What to Hold: We can tell you which items are worth keeping on your own shelf, based on what actually fails on your type of line and how long a replacement takes to arrive.
- Equivalents When Originals Are Gone: Manufacturers discontinue parts. An obsolete part number is not the end of the road if the specification behind it can be matched.
- Supplied or Fitted: Parts on their own if you have maintenance staff, or fitted during an on-site visit if you would rather we did it.

Browsing versus asking
If you know roughly what you need, the product range is the quicker route, and motors, roller conveyors and plastic belt conveyors each have their own section. If what you have is a broken component and no idea what it is called, send us a photograph instead. Identifying parts from what is in front of you is most of this job.
What helps us identify a part quickly
The machine make and model if you have it, the nameplate from the motor or gearbox, a photograph of the part in place as well as out of it, and a rough measurement. For belting, the width and the existing joint type. For rollers, the diameter, the face length and how the ends are fixed. None of this is essential, but each one shortens the search.
Obsolete parts
Equipment outlives the catalogue it came from. When a part number no longer exists, the question becomes what the part had to do rather than what it was called: the load it carried, the speed it ran at, the dimensions it had to fit between. Most conveyor components are standard items behind a badge, and an equivalent can usually be found. Occasionally the honest answer is that the section is better replaced than kept alive, and we will say so.

Common questions
Do you supply parts for equipment you did not install? Yes. A good share of what we source is for machinery from other suppliers.
We do not know what the part is called. Can you still help? Yes, and this is the usual starting point. A photograph of the part in position, plus anything legible on a nameplate, is normally enough.
The manufacturer says the part is discontinued. Is that the end of it? Usually not. What matters is the specification the part had to meet, not the number printed on it. An equivalent can normally be matched.
Which spares should we keep on site? It depends on what fails on your line and how long a replacement takes to get. Items that are cheap, wear predictably and stop the whole line when they go are the ones worth holding. We are happy to go through it with you.
Can you fit the parts as well as supply them? Yes, either as a callout or as part of a maintenance visit.
