Not every automation problem is solved by a standard machine. Automation and machine builds cover the bespoke side of what we do, where LVP Automation designs, builds, installs and commissions purpose made equipment for an application that has no off the shelf answer.
Typical projects include special handling and transfer units, assembly and test rigs, indexing and accumulation stations, feeding and orientation systems, guarding and safety cells, and retrofits that bring an existing line up to current rate or safety standards. Work starts with a site survey and a clear specification of cycle time, product variation and the interfaces to existing equipment, because that is where most bespoke projects succeed or fail.
Because we also supply the standard equipment around it, a bespoke build is designed to integrate rather than sit apart from your conveyor systems, robot cells and labelling. Mechanical design, controls, electrical build, installation and documentation are handled together, with support and spares from Dublin afterwards. If you have a handling or process problem that standard machinery does not answer, talk to our engineers about it.
