Powered Roller Conveyors
Powered roller conveyors move cartons, totes and trays under control, using lineshaft or zero line pressure drives so product accumulates without crushing.
Zero line pressure lets boxes queue in sequence and release one at a time, which matters ahead of labelling, checkweighing or palletising. Lineshaft drives suit long straight runs at lower cost. Where the route has to turn, corner conveyors carry flow through ninety degrees, and gravity roller conveyors handle the sections that need no power at all.
