Getting the design right is what decides whether a line runs at its rated output or stalls at the first bottleneck. Our design team surveys the site, maps how product actually moves through it, and models the layout in CAD and SolidWorks before anything is fabricated — so clashes, pinch points and access problems show up on screen rather than on your floor.
Every layout is built around the real numbers: product size and weight, units per hour, accumulation and buffering between processes, transfer heights, and the floor space you actually have. We design conveyor sections that tie into the equipment already on your floor and into the palletising, packaging and labelling machinery downstream, then hand over drawings our own engineers can build, install and commission from. We survey sites and install nationwide across Ireland from our facility in Finglas, Dublin 11.
Most projects follow the same four steps, though the depth of each depends on how much of the line is changing.
Design rarely stops at the drawing. Most projects also involve PLC programming and electrical control panel building, and we can model the line first with simulation packages before committing to steel.
Can you work from drawings we already have?
Yes. If you have a site plan or drawings for equipment already installed we work from those, and verify them against the building during the site survey.
Do you design for existing lines as well as new ones?
Both. Many projects add sections to a line that is already running, which is why the survey records existing equipment, services and access before anything is drawn.
What do we actually receive?
2D layouts and 3D models showing clearances, transfer heights and access, prepared so fabrication, PLC programming and control panel building can follow on without redesign.
Do you install what you design?
You can take the drawings and build them yourself, or hand the project to our engineers to build, install and commission, with spares and service support from Dublin.
