At LVP Automation we design and build the electrical control panels that run conveyor and automation equipment. Each panel is built to the specification of the system it controls rather than adapted from a standard unit, so the layout, capacity and controls match how the line actually operates.
Panels are built to work with the equipment already on your floor — existing PLCs, robotics and conveyor sections — and with room to expand as the line grows. We build for new installations and for lines being upgraded, and support sites nationwide across Ireland from our facility in Finglas, Dublin 11.
Panel building sits next to PLC programming, so the logic and the hardware can be handled as one job. Panels are usually specified alongside conveyor system design, and where an installed panel is causing problems, electrical fault finding is the place to start.
Can you build a panel for equipment we already have?
Yes. Panels are built to work with the PLCs, robotics and conveyor sections already installed rather than requiring the surrounding equipment to change.
Can a panel be expanded later?
Panels are built with capacity for additional circuits and controls, so a line can be extended without replacing the panel.
Do you programme the PLC as well as build the panel?
We do both, so the control logic and the hardware can be specified together rather than split between two suppliers.
A panel we already have keeps tripping — can you look at it?
That is fault finding rather than a new build. Our engineers work on installed systems as well as new ones.
