Motors, drives and motion components are the parts that decide whether a machine holds position, accelerates smoothly and lasts. LVP Automation supplies brushless DC motors, actuators and motion systems to machine builders, OEMs and maintenance teams across Ireland, alongside the conveyors and automation we build with them.

Brushless DC motors give high torque for their size, long service life and precise speed control without the brush wear of a conventional DC motor, which makes them a common choice for conveyors, pumps, fans and compact machine axes. Electric actuators and motion systems provide controlled linear movement for pushing, lifting, indexing and positioning, replacing pneumatics where repeatability, quiet running and energy cost matter.

Selecting a motor or actuator properly means working from load, duty cycle, required speed, stroke and positioning accuracy rather than from a frame size. We can supply components on their own for a machine build or repair, or specify them as part of a wider system with the drives, controls and mounting designed in.
