Primary Packaging
Primary packaging is everything that touches the product itself: forming, filling and sealing at unit level.
LVP supplies vertical form fill and seal machines, tray sealing machines and thermoforming lines from Vimco, sized around your product, film and required rate. Machines are fed by conveyors and hand off to labelling and coding and then secondary packaging, so the whole line runs as one. Changeover time, hygiene and film compatibility drive most of the specification.
