Layer palletisers build full pallets automatically, forming each layer and placing it without an operator lifting a case.
LVP supplies the InterSystem range, from the compact COMPACT and semi automatic SEMI series through to high capacity MAX and FLOW machines, with high or low infeed to suit the building. They take feed from your conveyor line, run finished loads out on pallet handling, and hand off to wrapping and strapping. Where product mix is varied, a robot or cobot palletiser may suit better.
