Machine vision handles inspection tasks that people cannot do reliably at speed, including presence and absence checks, measurement, orientation, fill level, seal integrity, label position and print quality. The same cameras guide robots to pick product that is not precisely positioned, which removes the cost of accurate fixturing. Lighting and optics do most of the work in a vision project, which is why we specify them around the actual part rather than from a catalogue.

Barcode verification is a distinct discipline from barcode reading. A verifier grades the printed symbol against the relevant standard, so you can prove a code will scan reliably through the supply chain and evidence that for a customer audit. That matters wherever traceability is contractual or regulated.
