The Belcon Mini series is made up of compact, easy to carry mini belt conveyors. They are used for conveying between processes, as a feeder on an assembly line, or as the conveyor attached to a machine. The guideline transfer capacity is 10 kg per unit.
Jabucon conveyors have an all stainless body with the drive section protected by a waterproof cover, so the body can be rinsed down to wash off fouling from cargo. The electrics conform to IP65. The series suits food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, agriculture and fish industries where hygiene standards are paramount.

Light duty is the small end of unit load handling: poly bags, packets, pouches, totes, small cartons and the irregular items that do not sit properly on rollers. Frames are compact and the drives are small, so these conveyors fit between machines and inside cells rather than running the length of a building. Where product is heavier or the run is longer, that is medium duty belt conveyors territory.

Belt widths run from 80 mm to 500 mm depending on the model and the belt type, and lengths from 1,000 mm to 6,000 mm. Constant speed units run from 2.5 up to 15.6 m/min, and variable speed units start as low as 1.3 m/min, which matters when the conveyor is feeding an operator or a machine that sets the pace rather than the other way round. Load capacity on the stainless series is 15 kg or 22 kg depending on model and length.
PU and PVC cover general handling. Food-grade belting suits production areas, anti-static belting protects electronics, and high-grip, low-friction, brush and modular surfaces are chosen depending on whether product needs to be held, allowed to slip, or cleaned as it travels. Bags and pouches are the awkward case, because the belt surface has to hold them steady without gripping so hard that the pack distorts.
Metering belts with encoder feedback create consistent gaps for scanning, print and apply labelling and sortation, which is what downstream equipment needs when it is reading or applying to one pack at a time. Collapsible stops and low-pressure accumulation zones hold product back without crushing packs, so flow can be buffered rather than stopped.
Cleated belt and knife edge models handle slopes and tight transfers, and curved belt models turn product through 90 degrees on one belt instead of handing it between two straights. Both ranges include guided types with a belt guide that stops the belt wandering, which is the failure that causes most tracking call-outs on small conveyors.
The stainless series is 304 grade as standard with IP65 rated electrics, and a 120 W brushless DC motor is available on request. It is specified for food, agriculture, marine products and chemicals, along with pharmaceutical and healthcare work, where the conveyor has to be cleaned to the same standard as the equipment around it. Knife edge, troughing, cleated and curved models are all available in the stainless build.
These are rarely the whole system. They feed and are fed by other equipment, so width, height and speed have to match at every transfer. Where a line needs to change direction over a longer run, corner conveyors do that at scale.
