Stainless Steel Fish Processing Conveyors
At LVP Conveyor Systems Ltd, we understand the stringent safety and hygiene requirements in the fish processing industry. Our custom conveyor systems are designed to meet FDA standards, ensuring a safe and efficient solution for handling fish products. Recently, we installed a fully customised conveyor system for a client in Co. Cork to support their growing fish sales, delivering results within just 9 weeks.
Fish Conveyor Systems
Our stainless steel fish processing conveyors were designed to handle the dual requirements of fish fillet processing and waste removal while adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations. The system included a two-tier design with dedicated lines for product processing and waste removal, adjustable workstations, and reliable offal removal solutions.
Our Solutions & Benefits
- Stainless Steel, FDA-Grade Design: The entire system was built with stainless steel components that comply with FDA standards, ensuring food safety and durability.
- Two-Tier Processing Line: The top tier was designed for cutting and boning fish fillets, while the bottom tier handled the removal of offal and waste, keeping the process clean and efficient.
- Adjustable Workstations: Operator workstations adjacent to the top tier were designed with comfort in mind, offering adjustable height settings and tool shelves for easy access during production.
- Offal Waste Removal: Integrated waste chutes allowed for the direct removal of offal from the workstations to the bottom tier conveyor, ensuring a clean, streamlined process.
- Variable Speed Control: Both lines featured variable speeds (5-15m/min) to handle different production needs. The top line could transport up to 50kg, while the bottom line handled 30kg.
- Easy Tear-Down for Cleaning: The conveyor lines were designed for quick disassembly to allow weekly tear-down for thorough washing, maintaining strict hygiene standards.
