Small Parts Manufacturing Conveyor Systems
LVP designed a custom conveyor system for injection-moulded medical device components, ensuring no jams or product damage. The system uses a cleated closed belt design, specifically engineered for small, delicate parts, and ensures smooth transfer from injection moulding to the final parts bin.

LVP Carryline Conveyor Bottle Return
LVP’s recent installation of a Switch Lane Pusher Conveyor System for 2-litre plastic bottles involved using a rotary switch table inside a safety cage, ensuring efficient handling and safe operation. The system featured interlocked doors and was controlled by an Allen Bradley micro 800 PLC with CCW software.
