How do I choose the right roller pitch?

Use 100 mm for uneven bases or smaller footprints; 125–150 mm for standard pallets. Rule of thumb: at least three rollers under the pallet at all times.

It provides consistent torque to all rollers in the zone, minimises backlash and keeps maintenance simple with accessible chain tensioning.
