LVP Automation supplies conveyors, palletising, packaging and robotics equipment to manufacturers and distributors across Ireland. Everything listed here is machinery we specify, build, install and support ourselves, so each product page describes what the equipment actually does on a production floor rather than repeating a supplier catalogue. We work with food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical device, electronics, automotive, logistics and general manufacturing sites, and most installations combine several of the product groups below. The largest part of the range is conveyors in belt, roller, plastic modular, slat chain and pallet handling formats, used to move product between processes, buffer it ahead of a bottleneck and move it between levels. Around that sit the end of line systems: layer palletisers for stacking finished cases onto pallets, strappers and wrappers for securing completed loads, and secondary packaging machinery for case erecting, filling and sealing. Primary packaging covers vertical form fill and seal, tray sealing and thermoforming machines, while labelling and marking handles print and apply, coding and label verification. Drive components including brushless DC motors, actuators and motion systems are grouped under motors.

For handling and automation beyond the line itself we supply industrial robots and cobots, autonomous mobile robots for internal transport, machine vision and barcode verification for quality and traceability, and warehouse technology and storage systems.
